Did a one tanker at Old Garden, vis was excellent but not much to see. Found Cathedral rocks...would not want to dive there unless tide is high & seas are flat.

You have to swim a while before you see anything unless you stick to the extreme ends of the beach. Personally, I like the shallow rocks on the left hand side at high tide, and the right hand side otherwise.

You've got that right! It's a great dive when the conditions are right though.
 
Yeah, I stayed close on left but not many critters. Tried to attach pics of Cat rocks but...
 
I have a boat but have only done it as a shore dive. It sure seems like it would be easier.
