How about a mail box, bet nobody else on your street has one.
Depends, if it will hydro and pass vis, dive it. If not, they are worth about $0.50 a pound for scrap. That's a few bucks tward a new tank or several rentals.

How about a bank for spare change? slot in the top somewhere then a big hole in the bottom. Leave the valve in for looks.
