I was surprised to hear Matt mention that they were getting complaints from 'neighbors' too. It's an active mining area, not sure what kind of annoyances that diving would have added other than the AM traffic.

Sad to see them pack it in.
 
Wow, watched the video. That sucks.

For those that didn't watch it:

The property switched hands, and the new owners were willing to work with them. But there was someone who didn't want their activities there and apparently worked to cause issues to harm the relationship. Sounds like an activist investor or something.

They are still looking for a place. Private properties they have found have issues due to owners being wary of the liability (lawyers ruin it all.) They mention some state owned properties.

The NSA C130 plane or (I think that is the model #) was returned and sold off at auction and now is an AirBNB.

Good luck to them in the future.
