OK to mix DIN to Yoke adapter brands?

was wondering why there is a hex hole in some Regs.
 
232 Bar is what most yokes are rated to now. If you use a DIN to yoke adapter you aren't supposed to go over 200 Bar if I remember right. Even if your DIN first stage is 300 Bar.
Bar is pressure. DIN is the connection type.
You can use a 300 DIN first stage in a 300 or 200 DIN manifold. You can only use a 200 DIN first stage in a 200 DIN manifold. Unless you get the insert for them that allows you to use a yoke.
207 Bar is 3000psi
228 Bar is 3300psi
244 Bar is 3500psi
And yokes are actually rated to 232 Bar the one on a ScubaPro MK20 is and the Apeks yoke is rated to 240 Bar.

And not all Din to Yoke adapters fit all Din regs. I have 2 aqua lungs that wont fit scubapros. The should be universal but it doesn't work out that way when you try them.
