Another hobby of mine is BBQing. I always listen to Blues music when I bbq- it somehow enhances the experience for me. The 2 just seem to go together.
Is there any particular music that you listen to that enhances your scuba mood/experience- maybe something you listen to on the boat, or something you listen to in the car while driving to your scuba destination?

Anything Jimmy Buffett, Kelly MeGuire, Jerry Jeff Walker's Cowboy Boots and Bathing Suits cd, Eric Stone and Club Trini.

Honestly, hardcore instrument music does wonders for me :) John Petrucci.... kind of like jazz on steriods maybe? I really really love instrument metal. It makes colour seem more vibrant, makes me feel alive. I love music in general, and there is very little I will refuse. If it doesn't sound like music, I don't listen, so there is alot of hardcore metal I won't listen to, and alot of rap I won't listen to, and some country I won't listen to :) Overall though, I lov emusic and almost always have some playing somewhere. My most commmon dive buddy loves country, and some trips I'lllisten, others I make him wear headphones and I put something else on in the car. Depends on mood.

But, I don't like music underwater. Some dives it would be cool, others I like to focus on the stuff underwater :)

Yes he can,..........
If he is within 10' of me & my UW mp3 player. :eyebrow:

Mostly I play instrumentals
as to not invade others space.

Also, I work out a signal with divebuddies
just in case I need to turn it down some. :)

For the record, Brew102, I didn't mind when you had music underwater that galaxy dive in the ballroom. Was kind of wierd, I couldn't figure out what it was! Thanks for diving with us at the Grotto, it was a weekend full of fundiving!
