My bet is it's part of a crinoid--not that i would know what kind though. Looks like what I shot in Raja Ampat last year and at the time that's what I was told they were . // ww

It looks like it might be the back of a stalked crinoid - sometimes called a sea lily.
looks like a relative to the gow-oold (stargate fans out there?).
