Ok, sometimes you just can't protect people from themselves.

On my last dive I carried my weights to the boat on a weight belt. I then transferred some of the weights to my BCD weight pockets and put the remaining weights and belt in the bottom of my now empty el cheapo substitute dive roller bag.

After my last dive I was in a hurry to hit the road and get home so I just threw my weight pockets in to the bottom of the bag then stacked the rest of my gear on top.
I then happily rolled my gear to my car, grabbed the handles and proceeded to tear the side out of the bag. Trying to act as if nothing had happened I cradled the mortally wounded bag in my arms and gently lifted into the safety of my vehicle.

Am I wrong or didn't some idiot just ask a question about this and was warned about this exact thing?
