Hey Jake, the answer I believe is up above (and it's a ridiculous answer). They looked at the light from a 30 W HID and concluded that their light was brighter and now are saying that they have a 35W 3600 lumen light...that's the logic (or lack thereof).
BTW I think you meant R2 rather than Q5 up above. From what I've heard and read this product is a nice light but the US distributor isn't doing them any favors by making these claims. Obviously their expertise is in selling and not product knowledge.
If they are going to publicly post this nonsense they should expect to get called on it.
