Light looks promising!

Few questions:
What's the length of the light cord?
Can you perhaps post a picture of how the light is charged?
Can lamp head and cannister be seperated easily? Some airlines demand this for taking the light with you on travels.

Well -my statement is

- I like lamphead
- I like beam
- I like the way how electronics is made
- I like NiMh
- I like price !
- I don't like canister at all ! (aluminium , charging , leak control)
- I don't like such marketing moves from some seller ! ( BTW : Light-for-me original are OK )
FACT :
- seller don't know what it sells -
- and if you think I don't know about leds go to :
CPF

- and if you think patent is code on SMART MCE and handling with hall buttons then.... ;)
it is just one useless thing which is patented

Its nice to see that in your company is 7 x 242 Lumens = 3600 Lumen

Look, I've already told you that 242 lumen its your number not ours so ... please don't waste my time and space.

Good for you that you know so much about LED's, you might even know more than me so let me educate myself little bit more but for now please don't waste my time and space.

Thx,

Fact is: the 242 Lumen is the maximum what is possible with your used Cree XR-E R2.
If you tell us your XR-E produce a higher value, then is it the same lie if you tell us the XR-E is a 5W LED.
Sorry, but your sales policy looks like hole-and-corner dealings.

You should be proud on your last sentence. And producers of light should switch USA dealer.
Your work is to present your offered product corectly (not mine) and inform yourself and others
with facts - you failed both

Cord is standard DIR length - 3ft / 92 cm, enforced inside by high tensile strength core cord to protect against pull off's.

Canister and the light are not to be separated "by user", although you can easily open the battery canister to separate the battery cell for airline purposes.

Below you will find the picture of charging port in use.

Ok, thanks for the answers.
I thought that was the on/off switch....
On/off (and high/low beam) is switched with the large ring on the light head, I saw on one of your posted movies.

I don't really have a dog in this fight, but could you at least explain why your output figures differ from those on the manufacturer's own website?

7XRE LED Primary Dive Light by Light For Me - Claiming 3600 lumens

7XRE 5h TEC - Claiming only 2200 lumens.

The highest bin XR-E (the Q5) has a maximum lumen output of 257, (that's 114 @ 350ma (page 3 in Binning and labeling) multiplied by the 225% factor for 1amp current (Page 8 of the data Sheet)) * 7 of them results in ~1800 lumens. That's at the emitters too, that's not factoring any losses for reflectors or optics and a waterproof lens.

I'm not saying you don't make a quality product, I'm not saying it's not a bright and useful light. I'm just having trouble understanding how you determined your numbers.

Looking forward to your answer,

Jake
