ME, you maybe right. I guess I just assume that everyone (especially a bussiness with a posted email address) checks there mail atleast once a day. I guess I think it would be like not answering the phone when you call the shop. If my phone or email went down, you can bet I be on it ASAP and until it got fixed so I would lose business. That would be poor customer service to have something like that down.

I call them and see what's up.
 
Robanna, I was in their shop yesterday and they have had problems with their email. Jess said he had 2500 spam messages that appeared in one day. Their shop is old school and they may not keep up on their email, but they provide VERY good service (and prices).
 
After I called them, I got an me explaining that the website is wrong (which is what he told me over the phone.
I guess they're just not tech savy.

Anyone know a good webmaster, not to mention a spam filter, for them?
