ME, you maybe right. I guess I just assume that everyone (especially a bussiness with a posted email address) checks there mail atleast once a day. I guess I think it would be like not answering the phone when you call the shop. If my phone or email went down, you can bet I be on it ASAP and until it got fixed so I would lose business. That would be poor customer service to have something like that down.
