Someone PM'd me a report on the Santa Fe river. Says that you could see the bottom on the far side of the river, so unless they get some major rain over the next week and a half, conditions should be great for the cleanup.

David, I heard the same thing about how clear the river is from a guy that works there.
I probably will not be there until early Sat. Morning. I am gonna try to get a dive in before the tent is set up, if anybody is willing to dive before brekky!

CRACK of dawn! The breakfast sacrifice at the altar of the omelet begins promptly at daybreak. I also have it on good authority that the mysterious one known as KEN, has acquired a 10 pound box of the thick sliced rind on bacon! From what I heard, he spent almost twenty bucks on the GOOD stuff! I can hardly wait to snag some of that from his frying pan on Saturday morning. MMMM... I wonder if he might be willing to throw some grits and eggs in the grease! OOOOOOOOOOO cholesterol!!!!!!
Does that mean Ken wouldn't want to cook up some tofu?
