October Fest?

We got a super deal @ the Reef Club thru a friend so we'll be spending our first ever "AI" vacation in early Oct. After getting all booked, found out the "October Fest" is going on that week! Sounds like a bunch of overhung divers, party till you drop..sans most clothes....good thing we're in the Villas, hopefully a bit away from the revelry, anyone been to this event?

Never heard of October fest in Cozumel. It dosent happen here. Must just be at the hotel. If this your first AI please check out this board. It has reviews about where you are staying...

I'm well versed on the assorted reviews of the resorts / hotels. Like I said, just couldn't pass up the deal I got.....staying in the Villas, LR/K/BR w/whirlpool and a hot tub on the balcony! We'll dive with another operator due to the volumn they'll have there. Was just courious about the October Fest thing.

that could be a good thing if you're burnt out on "all the good food and night life" San Miguel has to offer. Sundays with the locals is our only high time downtown, as for the food, as my ol' buddy DK used to say "eat it, it'll make a turd."

I heard there's a real special running this week...dang!
