In the almost 5 years I have been diving in the Philippines I have never seen this nudibranch before.

The credit all goes to the DM for finding it. Even he had never seen it before so I don't know how he knew what it was. When he pointed it out to me I shrugged my shoulders and wondered why he was pointing out some type of sea grass to me
