Anyone had any experience with the Oceanic Pro Plus computer? I like the large display and it seems like it would be worth the investment. I am not afraid of spending the sizeable price if it would be one that I could use for a while and not have to worry about being outdated.

Thank's

I have been diving with the data max pro plus two for about 8 years! Love it and the company stands behind it! I had one blow up at 105ft in the Bahamas and they replaced it no questions asked! I have had no other problems with mine and it has a 1000 dives on it! My old eyes love the display!

Dove a Pro Plus for about 6 years and loved it! I upgraded to the VT-Pro when the VT3 came out. The Pro Plus was sold to a dive buddy of mine and is still going strong. Great PDC's.

Bought my wife a Pro Plus 2 and she loves it. She's been diving it for about 3 years without any issues at all.

I used to use a Pro Plus 2 and it is a great computer. The only reason I switched was to go to a wrist mount computer. If you like a console, it's a hard computer to beat.

Both my son and I have a Pro Plus 2 and we both love it. I've had mine for about 3 1/2 years and no complaints.

You can add my wife and I to the list of happy ProPlusII users.

Ditto here as well. Removed the compass and use the wrist mount, much better.

Here's another HAPPY user :D

Hi John,
I had a Oceanic Pro Plus computer (air integrated) that started having a problem with low pressure reading. Oceanic tried to fix it but couldn't and sold me a Pro Plus 2 for a decent (although not fantastic) price. I love it. If you need to have big numbers to read then this is the one. As far as being outdated.. Since it uses the same algorithms as probably 1/2 the dive computers out there, if it goes outdated, the rest will too.
