I've dove the H2O Audio product quite a bit - absolutely love it. Depth rating is 200 ft. You can find more info here: http://www.h2oaudio.com/
I have dove the the oceanic h2o audio u/w mp3 player absolutely love it! depth 200ft.I would compare it to driving, take a drive for 1 hour no stereo then put in your favorite cd and drive back. you just need to watch your gauges more closely because you wont here the alarms.
