Go to McMaster-Carr Type "o-ring" in the search box, select the material type you want. (most of us choose EPDM or Viton because of the unlimited shelf life, find the "dash number" (-026 in your case.)

I see that the price is currently $11.50 for a pack of 100 EPDM....that ought to last you for quite some time. :) If that is too many or too costly, see this thread http://www.scubaboard.com/forums/re...30595-dive-computer-battery-o-ring-specs.html and ask if anyone has the size you need in exchange for something else.

If no joy, shoot me a PM with your snail mail address and I'll get a couple out to you.

The Geo 2 does not use a standard O-ring. If I remember correctly it is a 023 O-ring in 1/32 width.. a normal o-ring from a hardware store will be 1/16 and too thick.

Hi Cpt TP,

Thank you for the input.

I was responding to post #11; I did not go back and read the entire thread. That's why I gave directions on where to find a -026 o-ring.

Paging back a bit in this old thread reminds me that there has been quite a bit of difference of opinion on the correct size for Geo's battery cover ranging from -023 to -026, but with an odd size cross section. I don't have that type of computer, so I can only guess based on the measurements posted. Who knows, this o-ring might be a JIS (Japanese Industrial) :)

Hello guys.
Recently I bought a o'ring and replacement battery at ebay and took it to several specialized stores tryng to identity the size and thickness.
Neither stores could identify the o'ring. Apparently Oceanic uses custem sized o'rings for Geo 2.0.
Anyone had success identifyng the o'ring?

According to scubagaskets.com, the o-ring size for the Geo 2.0 is 27mm inside diameter with a 1.3 mm cross section and 70 hardness nitrile. This should also be the same size for similar computers such as the Oceanic F10, Atom , Bud, Aeris Manta, Epic, Tusa Talis, Aqua Lung i200 and other similar computers manufactured by Pelagic. I found them fairly cheap on eBay, from a seller in the Czech Republic.

Time to replace oring on a Geo 2, and found this thread. Tossing the old oring onto a size chart, it did look like -023 but a couple attempts at reinstalling the cover made it clear the -023 was too thick.

Very helpful link and info from LKJ, but since shipping time from the Czech ebay source is showing 1 month plus I was looking for another option.
Struck out at McMaster Carr but found these 27 X 1.3mm, 25 pcs shipped for $5.20.

Yeah, I ordered more from that Czech seller in May and they took about 5 weeks to arrive. Oringsandmore seems like a great store and the flat rate for shipping orders under $15 to Canada is only $4.05 US. I've been supplying a dive shop in Cuba with o-rings, so this could be good for me.
