hi all i just bougt a set of regs ocenic delta 2 is the second stage i dont know what kind of first stage but anyways LDS says that the first stage is not rated for ice diving ok thats fine i wont be doing ice diving my question is will it be ok to dive in the pacific northwest with it im from vancouver canada and plan on diving in the winter the water seems to be about 12 degrees celsius right now should i get the ice diving first stage or just not worry about it

I would think that you are fine. You may also want to look into getting the seal. The first stage may be able to convert to an environmentally sealed unit. Either way, the main point is that with a diaphragm first stage you are sealing all the moving components. I wouldn't worry to much, just make sure that you have a contigency, and are aware of what is going on if something were to happen.
