I've been diving the Delta 3/DX4 for about 5 years now and its all in 33 - 55 degree water. It performs very well, never had a freeze-up/free-flow. If I had to upgrade, it would be the Delta 4/FDX 10.

Cerich:In particular with a cold air temp. If you only dive New England in the summer with water temps in the 40's, that is not COLD, spring/fall with 30's air temps and 30's water temps and the PX3 will freeze unless you use very good technique.
Cerich, do these guidelines also apply to the Alpha 8 Sport/SP-5 setup?
