Ocean Sports in Puerto Rico

We will be travelling to the Caribbean in December and staying in the Condado area. Has anyone used Ocean Sports Dive shop before? If so, can you please tell me a little about your experience.
Anyone recommend a dive shop in Puerto Rico? How about St. Thomas?

Well, I'm heading there next week for work (poor me). I am diving w/ an outfit out of Rio Grande. I managed to convince my co-workers that diving would be a great team builder so I have three of them doing a discovery dive and 3 of us are certified. I'll let you know how it goes.

Well, as far as St Thomas goes. Admiralty in St Thomas was pretty good. Near the airport too.
