I have climbed all of the goat trails in Palos Verdes with no real problems. I've dived Monastery Beach without tumbling in the surf. I've made many shore dives that require a quarter mile surface swim after entering from rocks. The only time I can remember losing my footing multiple times was the boat ramp at Pt. Lobos. :)
But you still haven’t managed to get up here and check out our diving?
You and Merry really need to plan a getaway up to Mendocino one of these days and book a stay at one of the many quaint B&B’s they have. While you’re at it, bring your gear and do some shore diving. I think you’d love it!
Let me know, I’d meet up with you guys and show you some spots.
