A group of us dived Nubble Light late Friday afternoon. Best visibility I've seen in New England in years! Consensus was that it was at least 40'. Paid the price for the good viz with cold temperatures, down to 39 degrees through most of the dive. We got in a dive of (IIRC) 37 minutes. Three drysuit divers and one wet.

Saw a couple of lobsters, a few anemonies (northern reds and frilled), crabs, and a raven fish.

Dove Nubble Light years ago in April of 1992. Beautiful day and decided to go diving. We lasted about 20 minutes in our 7 mm wetsuits. So cold we had a hard time undoing our zippers in the back of a heated van. So cold I remember the month and year. It is a great dive though so we dove it again after the water warmed up later in the summer.

We dive Nubble all the time and it is always different. Went again last night and did two dives. Viz was down from last week (to 15-25' range) but temp was up from 39 to 46. I'll take that trade-off.
