It looks like everything is lining up for a nice dive at Nubble this weekend - Wly winds all week prior, High is early afternoon, A little cool maybe but that's allright, not a lot of rain in the next few days to make the viz crappy. I hope to get there for noonish on Saturday and am just looking for some "same day/same ocean buddies."

I'm game.

I plan to get there about 11:30/12ish and to be there all afternoon. I expect to spend some time in the shallows trying to recreate a freeflow issue I had last weekend while entering with a full face mask. Do your own thing or we can buddy up later if you do not know the site and want a tour. Hope to see you there and anyone else that wants to meet up.

HOw was the dive today? I was tempted, but it's still too cold for me.

You didn't miss anything. The weather man/woman was a little off. The winds ended up coming out of the NE with a good amount of force. Seas were 3-5' with 3' breakers on the entry. It would have been like being inside a washing machine [been there - done that at Nubble. ] You would have been lucky if you could see your hand in front of your face. I ended up doing Plan B and going to Great Island Commons Cove in Newcastle, NH to just play in the water. 6' viz - 41* water - 40* air. Oh well - maybe next weekend!!!
