Okay, the presidential nomination forum has now officially moved to Texas for a while. We now will hear much more than we probably want to know about universal health care, foreign policy, plans for the future of the parties, restoring faith in our political system, expanded education, and the economy. What I want to know is when are we going to get to the important issues?

What are these candidates going to do to about strengthening programs that will improve the water quality in area lakes (and the vis), get more artificial reefs off Texas coasts, decrease the price of scuba gear, and establish foreign policies that will make it easier and cheaper to get to favorite dive destinations! Come on! Let's hear about the IMPORTANT issues!

I'd just be glad if they could come through San Antonio and teach people how to merge into freeway traffic.
Oh . . .and take the message to the rest of the country that Chili is it's own food group.
