I have a regulator that has “seamless” embossed on the first stage tightening clamp. I have the second stage taken apart here are pictures of the components. I am trying to find a rebuild kit.

If anyone can help i wpuld appreciate it.

I am having problems with free flow.

Be gentle with your tilt valve

I suspect that the tilt valve needs a new seat. There is a line where it has been sitting. And it is free flowing.
I see a few options:
1) if i can find a rebuild kit get it
2) try to glue a new silicone sheet to reface it. I have an old cpap mask i can cut up
3) glue a little thicker rubber sheet
4 ) use a gasket material rtv, and make a plate so i can get it flat

Any recommendations about which is best? The diafram looks to be in good shape and i can replace the oring in the hose end.

It may have been anouther forum but someone replied about tilt valves and asked for dimensions.

I can replace the o rings but would like to find these 2 parts.

The tilt valve could be .375 dia and fit

I hope that the exhaust port is available the way it fits there is room for it to be bigger

I did take it apart and put everything through an ultrasonic cleaner. I may also use some 1000 grit paper to polish the seat surface in the valve.

I forgot the diafram it is 2.85 od 1.125 metal insert it dishes 1/2 inch. The bead is 1/8 thick

And i just saw that the plug for the exhaust poer is brittle. The hole is .750 if i needed to i could 3d print a plug from ptu. It just protects the exhaust valve.

I have some 100,000 grit diamond paste i use for faceting that i can use on the end of a wooden dowel if needed i can glue a but if leather to it as well.
