Folks, it was a great year and great diving with the majority of you. Had great times and shared great times with some of you. What I would like to do before I go to KANSAS, is to do a little "hail and farewell" sponsored by moi. I want to do this before the 10th of September (that is my report date). I never say good-bye and never will the world may be big but, we always find ourselves bumping into each other at times. I would like to do this at Gilboa seeing that it is a mutual meeting place for us all. I will see about purchasing a pig to raost whilest we dive. Let me know if you are interested and we can choose a date for this preferably before the 10th of September (sarcastic humor).

Joe...September and Kansas?! I thought you were being transferred to NC earlier, are you still headed to Bragg? If so, then I guess our group needs to go ahead and plan your big "Welcome to the South" cook-out for sometime in late September.

My apollogies Mel, I am needed in Kansas. They are making a new unit and my job skill and rank are needed there. Therefore, that superceeded my previous orders, things always change when you least expect it. I am furious that they did that but, what can I do about it........I swore a solemn oath to follow orders above me.
