Seriously now, thinking back to the aftermath of the Holloway incident in Aruba, I totally get your concern and hope that, especially in light of the fact that nobody got hurt, this incident won't be blown all out of proportion ...
 
I understand your point, but people are prone to blow getting robbed at machete point out of proportion! Especially when it happens to somebody higher up the food chain than us. On a number of threads where people ask about the dangerousness of a location, such as Jamaica or Honduras, a popular response is 'stay out of bad neighborhoods or wondering the city at night, or messing with trouble-makers in bars and you should be okay.' This guy was robbed at his own home, yes?

It would be nice if they catch & convict the one who did it.

There were two very serious robbery/assaults on tourists in Dominica this week, one resulting in emergency medical evacuation.
