I just confirmed booking of a diving space for a liveaboard leaving from Safaga on April 14th for a whole week wreckdiving: Giannis D, Chisoula K, Carnatic and of course the fabled Thistlegorm (went twice to Sharm el Sheikh, never managed to do it).

At 1090€ all included (flight from Europe, full board and unlimited dives) it's a very fair price considering it's high season.

Good stuff, Chiara!

We enjoyed those dive sites & I'm sure you will too.

Don't forget we will be expecting a FULL dive report... WITH pictures!

Have a great time.

I use to guide divers in these dive sites and I
even have a Dunlop boots form Thistlegorm a
military boots ,. I went at midnight for a solo
dive and I took it. I was looking for 30 minutes
to fined one pair the same size and in good condition.
they paid me 500$ for it but I did not sell it.
Try not take anything from down there cos
If they catch you ,u will have a big problem.

By the way there is a lot of broken bottles of wine
in the Carnatic Wreck but one of them is not broken
Only one .can u fined it?? And tell me when u will
Be back. Please if u fined it don’t touch it keep it
As it is cos this is the game we play every time we take
The divers to this dive site, anyway u cant bring it back
With u to the boat. Good luck.

What else there is a train on the Thistlegorm wreck
Try not to miss it, it’s a bit away from the wreck,
If the vis is bad u cant see it , ask the guide to take u to it.
Actually there is 2 trains. Or 1 train but in 2 pieces .
U will see a lot of crocodilefish specially at night at
Thistlegorm Anyway I will give u more detail later on ,
or if u have any questions Why not …..
