Usually around Memorial Day. You may be able to get a day or two of diving in April.

Thanks for the responses. Just moved here in May and am still "discovering" the island dive sites. A couple of dive buddies from the mainland are planning a trip over and I wanted to get them to the North Shore. Thanks again.

I am going to Oahu in mid-Nov, where are the dive sites this time of year? Any good operator for boat diving?
