North Georgia School of Diving??

Has anyone heard anything about "North Georgia School of Diving" in Dahlonega. There is a sign on highway 60 about 2 miles east of GA 400 in front of Poores Tire and Ive been told that there is a new shop behind there.....The name may be a little bit off.

I had a chance to run into the store today and check things out. Looks like a top notch operation. Everyone should stop by and check it out.

I know the owner of the North GA School of Diving... I was PADI certified by him in Open Water and Advanced. Great guy and lots of great equipment... Diving was only his hobby until recently when he started the School and Dive Shop. He is very knowledgeable about equipment and can also do repairs. I highly recommend doing business with him.

Where is the shop? Last month I was near Dahlonega working and had to drive all the way back to Cumming for air.

I was installing the new VGB main drains covers. Its a new designed main drain cover for commercial swimming pools, that is now reqruied by law.

The North GA School of Diving is located just minutes from the end of GA 400. If you head out of Dahlonega towards Gainesville on Hwy 60, you will "cross" GA 400 and the dive shop is 2-3 miles on the left. It is located behind Poores Tire and across the street from a lawn garden sculpture business. There is a website with more info.
