First trip too coz. 2 wks in Casa Blanca Condo in the north end somewhere near the golf course. Can some one give me info. on a dive shop near here, or do i have to take a cab every day? Don't want to rent a car! Do any dive shops pick pick up out that far. Thanks

Do you know the street address of the condo ? How far north is it from the ferry pier ? Most dive ops will only pick up from south of the ferry pier.

When you email them, ask how close to Casa Chac - letter P on the map - they can pick you up. The boats pick up at docks, not at hotels, generally. May be a $2 cab ride??

We stayed on the north end in Jan 2000. Sand Dollar sports provided transpo for us to their shoop at the Reef Club. Others will probably do the same if you ask. Keep in mind that you have your choice of boat or car but the distance will be the same. Have fun

Your best bet might be to walk down to the Coral Princess and dive with Pepes Dive Shop out of CP. Or a lot of the boats leave out of the Marina a few blocks further south.
