Lovely and caring lady that she was, she has now left us. Hard to imagine that she could be in a happier place, but surely one of less pain. She made everyone’s arrival process so much more humane.

What a kind and gentle soul, we will all miss her.

From my limited observations and encounters with her , it appeared she would help anyone that would listen to her. I had to ask my wife if she were an employee of CCV or of the airport.

I'm shocked. I really liked her. She was so welcoming and friendly. That's her and Doc R. gone in a short time. Very sad.

Just saw this today. Sweet lady. Who is going to say "Welcome Home!" at the airport now?

Wow. This is so sad. I will miss that hug and "Welcome home babies!!" Always started things off right. So sad right now.

Thanks for posting that pic, Doc! I had mentioned in my CocoView thread that I couldn't place her but I finally got around to coming here and seeing that picture got the memory cells firing! She was very nice and it's sad that we won't be seeing her or Doc R. this time around.
