If the Chicken did not want me to eat it's leg, it should not have put it in my mouth.

Poking at the sealife will only cause problems.
 
Monkfish is a fine meal, but I'm not sure that's how I'd want to catch one.
 
According to Norwegian media, it happened in Averøy on the Norwegian coast, and the divers were Latvian tourists. Judging from the boats in the background, that's more plausible than a Russian commercial diver. The small wooden boat with the blue hood is a type you see all along the coast here, and scallops and monkfish are popular catches for divers in our part of the world.

Tip for future tourists: If you catch something with a big mouth full of sharp teeth, make sure it's dead before you stuff it in the net... :D
