At our shop we replace all our Scubapro rental gear every year and have a blowout sale of regs and BCDs. The equipment is durable, easily serviceable and reliable. Maybe a Scubapro shop near you does the same.

This is an excellent suggestion. I haven't seen shops selling regulators but in my area, if the manufacturer discontinues something, they'll clear out the rental gear and replace it with the replacement gear. Even if the gear is discontinued, it will probably be serviced for decades.

There are a bunch of good regs in the low price range especially of you do not need themto be sealed and you do not go deep, check what can easily be serviced in your area and go from there.

There can be some good deals on used gear but of the ones you have listed, they are either too high or in the case of the Dacor, difficult to get serviced. Of the lot the Titan is a good choice but about twice what it is worth. The MR-12 can be serviced and is a great reg but again it depends on what they want for it and the model of MR-12, there were at least 3 or 4 of them. In the first link, again, not bad gear but way over priced, the Conshelf is a good reg that is easy to get serviced but not at that price. BC and reg in the $130ish range would not be too bad but still it needs a $100-120 service.

The real problem with used gear is knowing what it is worth and what models/brands are best passed on.
