Have any of you had problems with getting a respons from the Zeagle office?

I just bought a new Zeagle Ranger (LTD) BCD and I have a few questions about it. I contacted them for the first time about 3 weeks ago and after several mails to them they still have not gotten back to me.

Lousy respons time, if you ask me! :icorolley

Just to let you know that you're not alone, I too tried contacting the Zeagle office on questions about my Ranger. And no response. If I knew it was going to be like this, that would have been enough for me not to buy any Zeagle products. Considering that there are so many more responsive companies out there.

this begs the question out of curiosity. did you buy it online? so that if you included the SN in your msg they knew it was gray market?

if not bought on line....why wont the lds you bought it from answer the questions?

Troll??

Bought the Ranger from my LDS. Good idea to include the S/N, but unfortunately, Zeagle BCDs don't have S/Ns.

Instead of rolling down to the LDS or calling, I thought that it would be easier to email Zeagle HQ. And since my questions were with regards to buoyancy of Ranger (not the bladder) and some of their other products (that my LDS doesn't have in stock), thought that the manufacturer would be able to provide the answers sooner and easier.

This is quite interesting to me, as the Zeagle Customer Service Manager!

Can you give me any additional info, such as which address you used (info@zeagle.com or tech@zeagle.com)?

In the future, if you do not get a response within 2 working days, feel free to email me directly at ScottL@zeagle.com and I will answer your questions first, then find out exactly WHY they are not being answered!!!

To help out, it would help if you put a subject line that does not look like spam - we get about 300 emails per day, many of which just want to increase our penis size or sell us viagra!!! ;)

Thanks for posting your problem, and thanks to the man who brought this to my attention!

Dive safe!

I had used 'info@zeagle.com'.

Scott, thanks for the offer of contacting you directly. It's much appreciated.

Way to go Herman !! Just goes to show ya huh? I fly for Germany this Saturday... wish me luck.

Thanks for the response, folks.
Info@zeagle.com is forwarded to a roadrunner account that had some problems, but that should be fixed now - I apologize for any inconvienience!! Like I said before, email me directly if you have any major concerns, or just do what Herman did - pick up the phone and call!!! My direct extension is 14.

The last thing I would ever want is for you, the end users, to think that we do not care about our customers! You are the people who buy, use, and give feedback (good and bad) on our gear, and we appreciate it VERY much!

Thanks again,

Scott
