Does anyone have any contact details for Aeris?
I've emailed them a number of times using the form on their website regarding service/upgrade of a 500AI that flooded on my last dive with no reply.

Your best bet is to go to an Aeris dealer and let them deal with Aeris. It has been my experience that most manufacturers ignore those forms on their websites. Don't really know why they have them. I've filled out those forms, sent emails through websites, never gotten a reply.
 
See if this helps. They have been very responsive to me, though it did take a couple
of days to get the original email response. Mark Lane is the technical support
specialist that helped me.
