The best thing about internet shops is that, 99% of the time, you never have to communicate with the guys who run the site, unlike some LDS where you're afraid of getting berated and browbeaten every time you walk in the door

Maybe I'm living right, I see and hear a lot of complaints about people getting berated, belittled and/or ripped off when they go into their LDS. I've been diving for over 15 years, bought all of my gear through a couple of different LDS's and never once have I felt belittled or ripped off. I've had to negotiate some pricing issues, but that's been the extent.

I could care less as its really free advertising. I usually piss some *** hole off who takes it upon himself to try and punish me but they are just pissing in the wind in my opinion. Most people realize there are two sides to every story. for one disgruntled customer I have thousands of satisfied who repeat and repeat. He's probably a Republican anyway. I don't want Republican business any way.

Well, with a reply like what he gave you and the one to the orignal poster, I wouldn't spend a dime with this guy. He's basically "free advertising" that he's an self-proclaimed "***-hole" that doesn't care about his customers.

Considering this is essentially life support equippment we are buying, I wouldn't trust buying anything from him since he just doesn't seem to care.

You need to purchase the gas masks in order to survive the smoke and exhaust from running the used compressor if you bought it.

What I like is that they're not there "to capitalize on the tragedy in our country"... but then there's a couple pages highlighting the horrors of chem/bio weapons, and the threat from UBL...
