You were right. It is easy to confuse the two. The one that kept sending me the anoying emails was diverSdiscount.com (which is "your site"). The one located in Rancho Santa Margarita, California.

I can't remember "who" (Capt Dave, etc) sent it. I just got the email from the people at the Diverdiscount.com or DiverSdiscount.com website. I was going by the URL/domain name. Which is obvious it's easy to confuse by all of us.
