Though my email to Cap't. Dave was explicit - I wanted him to reply to the board and not to me, so I sent my email from a junk address and told him that I don't monitor that address for replies - I thought maybe I should check it this morning. Just on the off chance...and here's what I found:
There's an old marketing adage that says any publicity is good publicity, so long as your name is spelled correctly, thus I considered not posting this. I decided that negative experiences can be valuable learning tools, too, and that anyone with enough candlepower to light a room should be able to make their own decision about doing business with this outfit. I know that I've certainly had any questions I had about doing business with him answered.
Good heads up, aNightDiver. Thanks for sharing your experience with us and, in addition to demonstrating the need to type carefully, alerting us to this buffoon pirate wanna-be.

I could care less as its really free advertising. I usually piss some *** hole off who takes it upon himself to try and punish me but they are just pissing in the wind in my opinion. Most people realize there are two sides to every story. for one disgruntled customer I have thousands of satisfied who repeat and repeat. He's probably a Republican anyway. I don't want Republican business any way.

And people wonder why so many people don't shop at their LDS.... a lot of them are run by guys like this!

Yeah, they shop on the internet instead and run into a lot of sites that are run by guys like this.
The best thing about internet shops is that, 99% of the time, you never have to communicate with the guys who run the site, unlike some LDS where you're afraid of getting berated and browbeaten every time you walk in the doorscubamate:
