so i understand that nitrox lets you stay down quitea bit longer.if that is so,then you you dive with a twin tank setup,a larger capacity tank.please help explain.thanx.

NITROX extends No-decompression times (you can stay 20 minutes at a certain depth on NITROX instead of 10minutes at the same depth on air before you rack up deco time)

Bigger tanks simply allow you to stay down longer before you run out of gas.
