nitrox monthly /yearly rating

hi

I dive in the red sea Eylat a lot ..(its a shore dive like in bonair).
Ipay 170$ per year for unlimited air-nitrox. is this deal exists also in bonair? or are the monthly rental is cheaper then the 175$ per week?

I believe most dive operators on Bonaire offer "free" Nitrox. In other words, most people dive Nitrox, and the standard package price charged for diving is based on that. Air tanks are available, but the majority are Nitrox.

You should inquire with the various dive operations, as 1-2 months would be a very unusual "package." Most of us on Scubaboard only need a package deal for a week or two, as you said. An acquaintance of mine lives there for a few months a year, and he seems to have some kind of arrangement with a dive op, but I do not know what it is.

i hope to come to bonair if ill find someone who want to dive between the end of november till mid december ...

in eylat its great dive spots very calm clear waters dive and its grat deal l for unlimited yearly tanks..

My group will be there December 5-12.

I regret I passed up the opportunity to dive in Eilat. I got off the bus, took a taxi to Taba where I crossed the border, and then dived in Dahab. Someday I will try Eilat.

If staying longer than 10 days you can purchase a "tank card" from Dive Friends. $175 = 15 tanks to be consumed whenever you want them. No time limit. You just show them the card each time you pick up a tank and they mark it off on the card. Works great for people who stay for extended periods but don't dive multiple tanks every day.

Wow, that's incredibly expensive! I pay $40 for a 10 tank card in Hawaii, which is usually more expensive than Bonaire for all things diving.

its really cheep 170$ per year for unlimited tanxs includes nitrox (not multiple) ,,, so i try to use it as much as i can... if u want to see pic from the red sea please pm me.. its great..
