Really i cant see spending the extra cash on Nitrox in Utila. Ur bottom time is going to limited to the other divers in the group who more than likely will not be using Nitrox. There are usually more then adequate surface intervals between dives and you should get all the bottom time possible regardless so unless you simply WANT to use it for some reason I wouldn't bother with it. Even if you do decide to go enriched air, something tells me you will shelve it after one or two dives.

The end result is that I am diving with Nitrox only today on my last day of diving. We are flying about 23 hours after our last dive and want to keep the nitrogen loading down. It also will have the benefit of ensuring our own dive master/ profile for our last 2 dives.
Trip report is coming soon including a night dive on the Halliburton!
