Yep, this pretty much summerises it, High current NIMH, Longer life LiION, SLA higher pulse current.
Like I said before - they all suck, so get them only if it will save you money on alkaline in the same usage or you need the extended charge, it will be a waste to get NIMH for 20 minutes usage because you don't drain them as much and every recharge takes away some of its lifetime - assuming it doesn't drain them on those 20 minutes.
