I have been hunting for a dive log for my Android tablet that can sync with my PC. I did not want to spend money on this so it has been tough. I also wanted the Android app to be able to keep logs for multiple divers as I keep both my sons and mine. I finally found a trifecta that works great.
SubSurface is a piece of free, open source, software for Windows that is a great dive log.
DiveMate USB is a great app for my tablet and can keep a log for multiple divers.
https://en.divelogs.de/ is a great web site for logging dives.
The cool thing is this:
1. Subsurface can upload dives to https://en.divelogs.de/
2. DiveMate USB can import and export in SubSurface format
3. https://en.divelogs.de/ is a cool site that can export and import dives from SubSurface as well as about 100 other ways.
4. All of this is free and works well.
All three of these things can be found using a Google search.
Just thought I would share in my success.
