As most, I am new as well. I've been many places diving, and I was looking for some suggestions as to where my family and I should go next. We've been to Hawaii (which wasnt that great), Bonaire, Aruba, and Grand Cayman.

Howdy!

And welcome to SB - the biggest, the best, the fastest growing, and :D the friendliest! Have you checked out our Travela dn our Geographic forums? Lots of info, and perhaps you can anrrow your questions down in those.

I see that you 've completed your Profile and your Dive Info, and this will help in future diving discussions. PM me if I can help you learn your way around.

:sunny Hi there shark27! Welcome to Scuba Board! My name is Matt. I came here looking for help with my diving dream. I’ve met a lot of nice divers and many helpful divers too. I think you will get the information you need from SB. I look forward to reading more of your posts about your diving adventures. If you’d like to chat, please PM me.

Take care from Matt. :D

Heya Shark27 and welcome to the Board. My vote goes to Exmouth in Western Australia :D

Hello shark27 and welcome to Scubaboard. Do you do any local diving or just vacation? If you do local diving, be sure to check out the Great Lakes Wrecking Crew Club Forum for local info. and possible dive buddies.

You haven't been to Cozumel yet......

The airfare is scary, but once you get to South Pacific...Australia, PNG, Indonesia, or Philipeans, wow! The diving is awsome.
I recommed Taka II live-aboard dive in the Great Barrier, (as a mater of fact, live-aboards are the BEST way to dive! The up-front cost is higher, but in the end, it is cheaper and the Diving! The diving! That is the point, right?) Also, check out www.divekomodo.com for a liveaboard the Evening Star II. I have done both, and it is a toss-up which is better... I would rather pinch my pennies and same at home, and splurge on a good dive adventure, than cut the budget on the adventure. Use my old gear, and go somewhere nice...

Welcome to ScubaBoard! :happywave

I got a bit behind in my greeting due to some great diving over the weekend, but wanted to offer you a warm ScubaBoard welcome now that I'm back. I guess diving is an acceptable reason though!

Dive safe!

Christian

P.S. Due to the high volume of new posts in the Introductions and Greets forum, it's not always possible to keep up with all the new posts here. So, please help me out and send me a PM if you post anything you want me to read or repsond to in this forum.
