Newport, RI new wreck??

I think I stumbled across a wreck in Newport Harbor this morning... it appears to be largely broken up with wood and scattered debris all around. The location is right off of Thames Street where the public boat ramp is, facing the harbor, look to the left of the ramp and you'll see a long pier, the wreck is in about 35 feet of water right below the pier toward the end. Is this new? I can't find anything about it.
