I am thinking about hitting Land's End on Monday afternoon. I have always wanted to hit that spot, but the parking restrictions at the top of Cliff walk have prevented my from giving it a try. from the geography and distance from the bay mouth I have always suspected this would be a classic shore dive.

Does any one know what it will be like parking there middle of the day on a Monday in late October? Will they leave me alone, ticket me or tow?

Rich during the 1980's I dived LandsEnd a lot at night off season and was never bothered. These days who knows?
If possible have your daughter drop you off and pick you up.

Ida Lewis Yacht club might be worth a dive too, old bottles and other artifacts out there. Parking right there road side. We used to dive 40 steps too when parking was allowed off season, not allowed anymore year round like Ledge Rd. I know I checked no parking anytime. Forty steps is at the 90deg turn just after Ledge Rd. (LandsEnd).
