Very nice. Just shows that old, lower mp cameras are no excuse - but how did you get such good shots?

Hi all, thanks for liking the pix. Don...I used an external strobe which was malfunctioning much of the time, but I think when it did fire it helped with the exposure. I have found that these old Sealife cameras often take their best pix in nice ambient light with NO strobe at all...the colors seem more natural to me, and some of these were taken under those conditions. I did run them through Photoshop 7, primarily to use the cloning tool to get rid of some of the "backscatter" from the particles in the water. It makes the water look MUCH clearer than it actually is, but it is limited...it wont fix really dirty water, or poor technique with the camera. I've taken to shooting alot of pix lately with this camera and no strobe, with pretty good results. Just gotta get close and make sure there is plenty of light. I use a filter on the housing which is also, I think, a 2x closeup lens. Thanks again.

Yeah, Pennekamp/Key Largo: Molasses Reef, Snapper Ledge, French Reef.
