Newbie/newlywed Bonaire Honeymoon

A downside of the Caribbean Club, IMHO, is that it is as far away from the center of town as you can get. Personally, I'd look for something closer. Given that you are new divers, I'd also suggest staying a place with a resident dive op and its own dock. Diving from a dock is about as simple as it gets and is a good way to establish your confidence in the water and to begin underwater navigation on your own terms.
 
Just want to point out that CCB has a nice little dive shop up there. Probably something good for everyone to realize when diving the northern sites. Might save someone a trip back to town.
 
I want to thank everyone for the amazing input and advice. I think my fiancee and I are going to stick with CCB just due tot he honeymoon cottage. We have fallen in love with it! On this trip, ultimate relaxation and time together will be our priorities. Diving will have to take a back seat, for now. I know, I know, blasphemy to many of you. We plan on taking many trips in the future, though.
