Newbie needs advice on San Andres

[Cali newbie]

Hey everyone, lookin to take my wife and another couple to San Andres Colombia, for an introductory scuba experience. Definitely want to go out on at least 2 ocean dives. I have diving experience, but the other three have never tried. Hoping that they'll get bit by the scuba bug. Any referrals will be great. Also curious as to which of the decameron hotels is the best. Thank you, Cali
