Newbie from South Florida

Greetings and salutations!! My name's Stacy and I *JUST* finished my SSI open water dive course this past weekend. I'm still a little nervous about getting in the water, but once we got going, it was sooooooo wonderful.

I'm still shopping for a wet suit, and trying to figure out when my next dive should be . I know there's a ton of dives locally, and several more that are a mere car-ride away (keys and orlando).

Welcome to the board. Be sure to check out the Florida Conch Divers Forum. We are always organizing dives there, and we're always looking for nre buddies.

Just watch out for Grier and his "plunging sausages". He's just a little bit odd, but the rest of us are OK.
